This colorful lot of English sea glass are called multi-colors. This glass is created when different leftover pieces are melted together. Not all artsy pieces turnout so they are thrown out and that's where their beach journey begins. Then after tumbling for decades you end up with these one of a kind pieces. This lot includes a deep purple and a little turquoise gem. These were backlit to show-off their colors.

The largest piece measures 3 cm long and the others are smaller as photographed. Each piece will have at least one rougher edge or corner. although these are generally in excellent, smooth condition. US dime in photo for sizing reference. This photo shows the reverse sides too.
