This is a rare lot, as it contains one of the most sought after and harder to come by shades of sea glass - red. These 5 craft grade sea glass gems were found on Atlantic Ocean beaches along Nova Scotia, Canada and feature very deep red shades.

These colors likely originate from antique glass that was tossed into the ocean, broke into small pieces and tumbled smooth after many years in the sea.

The sea glass nuggets range between 1/2" - 5/8 inch wide. Some of these pieces look like black sea glass until held up to the light, where the red shows through. They are craft quality, rougher, chipped pieces with irregular edges and patinas. Dime in photo for size reference.
