Product Details

This 6 piece lot of frosted sea glass chunks are large and very thick. This lot has a variety of shades of cobalt blue. They were found on beaches along the Pacific Ocean after tumbling at sea for at least 50 years. These are called bonfire glass due to the irregularities that occur when glass is thrown into fire. One piece has blue and white melded together.

The rarity of this batch comes from the combination of size and thickness that we just do not see on beaches much any longer. The largest piece measures 2.5 cm. Each piece is smooth and heavily frosted, but they are not flawless and every one has at least one inclusion or chip. They are perfect for crafts, mosaics, and some jewelry, or a rare collection. Dime in photo for size reference.

Your sea glass will arrive on a card that tells the short story of sea glass and name the ocean where your pieces were beachcombed.
