These are two rare Amberina red pieces from Puerto Rico. Amberina glass is known for its distinct color shift, graduating from a yellowish-amber base to ruby-red at the top, achieved by adding gold to the glass batch and then partially reheating it. They were beachcombed after spending many years in the sea, and were naturally conditioned into smooth shapes.

These are perfect for jewelry, lockets, bottle fillers, and more. They have a variety of shapes and are all in beautiful, jewelry quality condition. The largest piece measures 1.6cm long. US dime in photo for size reference. This photo shows the reverse sides too.
