This cobalt blue sea glass gem was discovered on a beach along a Pacific Coast. It shows evidence of being exposed to a fire. It has the tell-tale signs of being a piece of bonfire glass. The piece spent many decades thereafter in the surf being shaped and conditioned.

The generously sized piece measures 2.5 cm long. It is frosted and well-conditioned with the exception of a few natural nicks after the rough journey at sea. U.S. dime in 3rd photo for size reference.
