This teardrop-shaped piece of English sea glass features a black ribbon of color, contrasting against an otherwise frosty white jewel. The beautiful and unique piece was beachcombed from a coast along England's North Sea. It is well conditioned with a pristine, frosty patina.



The swirled look originates from multiple colors of glass that were mixed together when in the molten stage. Whether the original glass was created as an artistic piece or was from an industrial bottle-works site, it has resulted in a multi-hued chunk that was discarded into the sea. The piece spent many decades thereafter in the surf being shaped and conditioned.



We have fastened the 1" x 3/4" x 3/8" sea glass gem using a sturdy, sterling silver cinch band, which allows most of the glass to be seen while holding it securely. The pendant hangs on a sterling silver bead chain in your choice of length.
